    1. The words are fine enough, with a nice and consistent rhyming rhythm Couldn t quite get behind the illustrations, though They seemed amateurish in comparison Nice but not extraordinary.

    2. A fun rhyming read about Bradley McGogg s neighbors and their eating habits Brad sets out to visit his neighbors in hopes of sharing a meal to eat only to discover that their favorite foods are quite disgusting for a frog to eat The illustrations remind me of Sam McBratney and Alison Jay.

    3. This great little rhyming book with detailed water colour illustrations, is a fun story about a frog in pursuit of dinner With his pantry empty he decides to call the generosity of neighbors for his supper But, surprised and disgusted by by what they eat, he discovers that not everyone shares his love of bugs and grubs.

    4. Badley McGogg the very fine frog is out of food one day He decides to meet his neighbors and perhaps ask them for food but as he mets each animal and discovers what they eat, he isn t sure he wants to try their favorite foods Nothing seems to be as good as the bugs that make up his meals.

    5. Frog finds his food cupboard bare and sets off to visit to forage for food He doesn t like the items that his friends are eating at all they aren t bugs When he returns home he finds bugs galore As he enjoys his dinner, he marvels at the strange things that his friends call food.

    6. Very well written, and gives a child much to think about Very clever story, but, the illustrations are not so great That would be my only complaint.

    7. I loved the language and the rhyming in this story of a Very Fine Frog who decides to go ask the other animals to share their food with him and is then aghast when he finds out what they all eat.

    8. I quite liked the simple, non glossy illustrations for this book I liked the how the author played with words But I didn t quite love the book.
